In this 2 hour online workshop, I will demonstrate how to make a Shetland Star.
To begin you will be introduced to Shetland Lace, its stitches and techniques.
Then I will demonstrate how to knit the centre and knit on a lace edging.
The workshop will also include how to garter graft the lace edging of the Shetland Star pattern and how to sew up the centre as well as how to dress your little stars.
These little stars where designed for Shetland Wool Week 2023.
